One integrator's bench, another integrator's project

Engineers stay employed by their own company. You book them for the length of your project and pay their daily rate through Grab a Talent.

Integrators list their team

Add each engineer with photo, certifications, hands-on projects, languages, nationality and daily rate in USD.

You search by brand and skill

Filter by certification, discipline, country, language and rate to find who fits your project.

Book for the project

Send a request with dates and site. The listing integrator confirms availability, and you arrange the visa, flights, accommodation and transport.

Deliver and sign off

The engineer executes on site. You approve the timesheet, pay Grab a Talent, and we transfer the payment to the listing integrator.

Pricing

One simple fee on the days booked

No subscription and no listing fee. Grab a Talent charges 5% on the total daily charges of each booking, and handles the payment between the two integrators.
